
The workout wasn’t overwhelming to me, but I was tired at the end, had worked up a sweat, and had that extra energy the rest of the day that a good workout gives you. All from 15 minutes of following along with a DVD! I’ve tried joining gyms in the past, but never stuck with it. T-Tapp is easy to stick with since it’s just 15 minutes and you don’t have to drive any where.
