    Okay, so I purchased a bunch of organic sprouted flours from a French company (I live in England), but my pancakes will not cook! They burn on the outsides leaving the inside complete raw mush. What is the trick? Does it work better for bread or muffins? I’ve tried the whole wheat and the spelt. I also purchased rye and rice flour. Please help. This flour behaves differently. Thanks!
