Which one do you use for your family? GAPS says it should be taken with the butter oil. Do you do the blend? Or find that capsules works better for little ones? Considering the investment, just wanting to purchase something my kiddos will actually take.
I use the unflavored liquid (it’s hard to get enough with capsules! It’s something like 14 capsules for a teaspoon) and I have separate butter oil. I like to get the CLO over with fast, but the butter oil is good added to stuff and just eaten.
