		<description>I use the same Green Pastures with the provided syringe. Do you wash the syringe regularly? Do you have a lot of trouble with it coming down the sides of the syringe, or suddenly spraying out and blasting everything around? Do you use the plastic insert that was in the bottle spout when it came? (I had to pry it out of my bottle because it was causing several large drips to leak out every time I used it.) 
I&#039;m convinced that cod liver oil is necessary and that the fermented kind is the way to go....but it kills me to pay so much for the stuff and then have some wasted nearly every night!!! Any tips?</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know a whole lot about this, but I&#039;ve used this brand because it was better tasting when one of my kids was on a cod liver oil strike :) I&#039;d really try to go with the fermented though</description>
