Now you would think I would know better in regards to nutrition because I am a nutrition consultant for dogs. But my personality type is such that I focus outward - not inward. With extreme stress for a long period of time and putting everyone else first - my teeth took a severe beating. The wake up call was when I had a badly infected molar that had to be removed under general anesthesia. I am familiar with Weston Price and read his book on Nutrition and Degeneration years ago. Ramiel Nagel's book takes the base knowledge of Weston Price and applies it to remineralizing teeth and creating a healthy mouth. I just started following his plan as it seemed quite sound to me. Two weeks into the program and I can tell you that there are signs of change. I am drinking raw milk with raw cream and fresh raw eggs in the morning and having 2 - 4 cups of vegetable juice every day along with fresh seafood, organ meats from grass fed animals and lots of fresh grass fed meat from Vermont Jersey cows. Taking cod liver oil three times a day has made me a much calmer person and stress issues - though still abounding - these roll off of me much more easily than when I had let sugar and white flour creep into my diet. It is challenging for me to put myself first - not an uncommon thing for women who take care of others - but the results are obvious and I will keep up the work. Thank-you kindly, Ramiel. Love the book!
