The goat milk in the purple carton is ultra pasteurized and will not make good yogurt. Do a search on the internet about making yogurt from ultra pasteurized milk and see why it's not going to work. Go to Trader Joe's and buy their goat milk. It is just pasteurized like cow milk and will make thicker yogurt, although still not as thick as cow milk.

I am frustrated with my raw goat yogurt. It is not just runnier than cow's milk yogurt, it is a liquid! Drinkable, perhaps, but not enjoyable as yogurt. I'm going to try the recipe a recipe I found for using water kefir grains to thicken yogurt and see if that helps. I'll let you know how it goes.
