		<description>I thought that pinto beans are not on the GAPS diet?  Only navy beans and northern bean??  That would be awesome if pinto was allowed?  Do I have to come back to this site to see the answer?  I am not very familiar with how blogs work except to read them.</description>

They will taste great, but processed foods include very little vitamins and minerals, making you take more only to have enough power to get with the day. If you are constantly eating these foods, moving over to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will make you to have more electricity while consuming less. Good blog post.</description>

		<description>When cooking the beans, add a bunch of chopped onions, a little garlic, and some dried peppers.  Remove the peppers before smooshing the beans.  Delicious.</description>
